Parents / Guardians

You must be at least 18 years old to use LearnSyte and book classes for children.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, supervising your child where appropriate and ensuring your child behaves respectfully in classes

Teachers

Teachers are independent providers and are responsible for: the content and delivery of their classes, maintaining a safe and respectful environment and complying with LearnSyte guidelines. LearnSyte reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove teachers at its discretion.

Booking and Payments

All class bookings are made through the LearnSyte platform. Payments are processed via third-party providers and prices are set by teachers unless otherwise stated. LearnSyte may charge a service fee or commission.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the class or teacher. LearnSyte may provide general guidelines, but teachers may set their own policies. In cases of disputes, LearnSyte may assist but is not obligated to issue refunds.

Code of Conduct

All users agree to treat others with respect, maintain appropriate behaviour in classes and not engage in disruptive or harmful conduct. LearnSyte reserves the right to suspend or remove users who violate these rules.

Safeguarding

LearnSyte is committed to providing a safe environment for children. Teachers are expected to follow safeguarding guidelines, and parents should ensure children participate in a suitable environment.

Intellectual Property

All content on LearnSyte (branding, website, materials) belongs to LearnSyte unless otherwise stated. Teachers retain rights to their own teaching materials.

Limitation of Liability

LearnSyte acts as a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of classes, actions of teachers or users and technical issues outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnSyte shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Account Suspension

LearnSyte reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and/or remove content or classes if users violate these Terms.
